  In searching for a fun way to work out, I entered The Fit Employee for some information. When I first met Rachel, I immediately felt a positive and safe energy. She is extremely caring and motivating. She learns your capabilities, understands your body and pushes you to your limit. Because she creates a fun positive environment, I’ve had the opportunity to meet really great people. Everyday she brings different workout routine and combinations, making it both fun and exciting to workout. She will make sure you are drenched in sweat before leaving. I began my fitness journey August of 2017 and have seen great results in such a short period of time. I absolutely love Rachel and her positive loving energy.
