  I bought a groupon for a Brazilian blowout. My hair are already straight i just needed minimal volume for long term so i choose this treatment. I paid 155$ for the deal on groupon and went in. Before anything started She made clear that i have to pay on top because my hair was longer 9 inches longer than 12 inches. Which i knew and was prepared for. When i asked how much that would be she said 20$ for every extra inch. I said are you serious? Then she reconstructed her statement and said 20 $ for every two inches which was madness so i tried to negotiate with her that i knew that i had to pay on top but you are asking insane amount for two inches! So she went away to speak to her worker and came back to propose 40$ on top of what i paid to groupon which i agree thinking of long term benefit to me for my hair from brazillian blowout treatment. After paying taxes that amount became 57.30$ and on top i tipped 5$ to the worker too so in total i paid 217.30$ for brazillian blowout using the Groupon which was still pretty good for me to invest in my hair and try something new for first time but i didn't know that the minute she wwnt away and speak to her worker because i asked to give me a reasonable price she blew me out with her false treatment on the name of brazillian she gave me an advanced keratin therapy smoothing treatment called brazillian blowout renewal in which like brazillian you wash your hair same day and the treatment is supposed to last for 10 to 12 weeks which is cool but its nothing like the brazillian blowout and no where near the result of a Brazilian blowout treatment as we speak. This treatment is available for 150$ to 250$ at any salon at a regular price without a groupon deal. She made a clever move and started using that products and because i did a little research in the product used for the brazillian which come in a bronze long but slim bottle and she pouring out the solution from a white small bottle started make me wonder why so i again looked it up and reconfirmed my suspension about it and read online the step by step process of a brazillian i noticed she was doing it differently and i was right. When she was done blow drying i asked her whats her next step after washing applying the solution, blow drying and straigting hair she said now you go home rinse it and wash it with a conditioner that i will give you which was the exact process for keratin therapy brazillian blowout renewal process not the original Brazilian blowout process. According to original Brazilian blowout she had to give me a wash, rinse my hair blowout them again with an ionic spray and i should leave the salon with the end result not the product still in my hair. When i asked her about it she lied to me for the process that what she is doing is right and if i want her to do the 3rd step which according to her was rinse and wash woth conditioner at home i had to pay extra 50 $ for that. Now i started loosing my mind and questioned which i was holding for so long that the product they are using on me is not what they were supposed to use for brazillian blowout that i actually paid for and hopping to get. When i asked her about the product she went to an extra lenght of lie and said that because the original bronze bottle is big so we pour the solution in this white small bottle. At this moment of read i want you to look up both bottles please the keratin smoothing therapy brazillian blowout renewal and the step two brazillian blowout smoothing solution bottle and tell me how on earth that statement of her was true or even sensible to state as an excuse and lie? I mean what do you guys think that customer is that stupid and you will suck on their money like a leech and even then give them false treatment under the false name? What kind low grade of a salon you are to lie these days when the information is just a click away from everyone and competition is too high in the market? What did you achieve by doing wrong with me? You earned unwisely 217$ for one time only and not even made a customer and got your story out too.
