I was in JMY nails all the time last visit my Husband got a manicure the girl cut his nails so short they were hurting him he was very upset so he did not leave a tip. When I was done I went over to the owner to pay her then went to the girl that did my ped and manicure to tip her and I was walking to the door, when the owner stopped me and said wait you are not done, I said why what did I forget, she said your husband did not tip the girl. I said he was not happy with the service so he is not tipping her, she said oh no he has to tip her that is how she gets paid. I said no a tip is earned when a person of service does a good job, he paid for the service he is not obligated to leave a gratuity. She said don't come here no more. She did not care to find out why he was not happy and to see if there was anything she could do to fix it. only cared about the tip....
